  • Are you a licensed and insured pressure washing company?

    We are a Roanoke County licensed pressure washing business and carry full liability insurance for your protection and ours. If you want to see proof of insurance, we happily provide it.

  • What if I need to reschedule my service?

    Life happens. We understand that. If you need to reschedule your service, let us know as soon as possible. Your pressure washer will contact you 24 hours in advance to confirm and again on the day of your service to let you know we’re on our way, allowing you to reschedule for a more convenient time.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    If you have to cancel your pressure washing appointment, no problem. We prefer 24-hour notice so we can book another eager customer in your place. However, we understand that isn’t always possible. Please let us know immediately if you have to cancel.

  • What types of payments do you accept?

    You can pay with cash or a credit card.

  • Are your detergents eco-friendly?

    We use eco-friendly detergents that are safe for people, plants, and pets yet tough on grime.
